My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms, though nice and clean, were extremely small and faced a large stone wall, providing an interesting view. The service, while helpful and friendly at times, also came with some forgetfulness in attending to needs. The location, although not in the main tourist area by the river, was close to the center and the Trindade metro station, making it convenient.
