Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms, though nice and clean, were extremely small and faced a large stone wall, providing an interesting view. The service, while helpful and friendly at times, also came with some forgetfulness in attending to needs. The location, although not in the main tourist area by the river, was close to the center and the Trindade metro station, making it convenient. The dining experience, while not the best I've had in a four-star hotel, did offer a range of fresh and delicious food. Overall, a stay with its ups and downs.
Overall, the hotel has big and clean rooms with comfortable beds, though the advance payment policy can be frustrating. The service is friendly and helpful, making the stay excellent. The location near Trindade metro provides easy access to key sites. The dining experience offers delicious options but with room for improvement. The facilities are well-maintained.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were spacious, quiet, and very comfortable, making it a cozy retreat. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. The location was superb, close to key attractions and with helpful staff. The dining options were varied and delicious, adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay.
The hotel offers good and spacious rooms, super duper quiet, with friendly and accommodating service. The location is fantastic for exploring the old town of Porto, although a bit outside the tourist zone. Dining is excellent but might be a bit pricey. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with great value for money.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were a bit small for the price but were lovely, bright, and surprisingly quiet despite some nearby construction noise. The service was outstanding, with a warm welcome that included delicious treats and helpful tips. The location was excellent, close to the subway and main attractions in Porto. Unfortunately, the dining options were a bit underwhelming, and I expected more for the price.
The hotel is situated right in the center of Porto, making it convenient to explore the city on foot. The rooms are nice and clean, although the French window was a feature my partner enjoyed more than I did. The service was exceptional, especially during our river cruise arrangements, and we were delighted with the delicious natas and port wine. The dining options were varied and satisfying, and we found the location to be bustling with a great selection of restaurants and close to key attractions. However, we felt the room prices could be more competitive, and we noticed a bit of noise during the day between 8 am and 5 pm.
