The location provided easy access to many attractions. I found the staff very attentive. Breakfast had good gluten-free options available (i especially appreciated this). We plan to book this hotel again for our next trip. at check-in, the staff offered helpful information about local attractions and transportation options. The room's design ensured a restful environment.

The lack of coffee and tea facilities in the room was a MINOR inconvenience.

The location was fantastic! the staff were friendly and provided early check-in. the room was exactly as pictured. I especially liked the vibe.

the view from my superior room overlooked the carpark, and there were no coffee facilities in the room! however, i could use the coffee machine in the restaurant area.

my superior double or twin room was very super clean and cozy. i found the shower excellent. the staff was helpful and moved me to a different floor, which alleviated the noise problem (i was charmed by their quick reaction).

the view from my balcony faced a carpark, a bit of a downside.

The location was GREAT. The staff were very informative, and they were helpful. The breakfast had good choices.

The mattress WAS uncomfortable! and the room was too small. There was only one suitcase holder. I asked for another one though it was never provided.
